- Load Capacity Suitable for riders weighing 130-220lbs (60-100kg). The default spring tension may not suit every rider's weight, but it can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the bottom nut. For heavier riders, tighten the bottom screw clockwise; for lighter riders, loosen it counterclockwise.
